Sherlock is clearly intent that John follow his point, here.  John looks a little bit hypnotized, but mostly confused.  Maybe they’re playing Cluedo.

Why is it ‘Cluedo’ in the UK?  What does the ‘do’ on the end mean?  Is it just because the word is more fun to say?
