PS: I know we (and by ‘we’ I think I mainly mean roane and I) go on about John’s eyes a lot, but here’s a fascinating effect. Note the way they’re picking up the shades of the scene in two different ways: a greyish blue from his clothes (particularly in his left eye), and the warmer brownish tones from around him (mostly in his right eye).
