Seriously, though?  Yeah.  Sherlock is such a narcissist.  The whole thing with him and Irene being fascinated by/attracted to each other?  Because—we’re told by the writers and the actors—THEY REMIND EACH OTHER OF THEMSELVES.

He also rocks the entitlement issues, self-importance, need for admiration, tendency to exploit others, and lack of empathy.  Hmmm, there might actually be something to this.
