How do thumbs work?! This is every hand-drawing tutorial I’ve ever seen:
“Draw rods for the fingers! Little circles for the joints! The palm is shaped like this! Knuckles align like this, it’s all so tidy! And then you just sort of throw the thumb on there somehow, I dunno, you’re on your own with that one.”
