I kinda want there to be a movement where everyone tweets Mark Gatiss and Sue Ventrue and asks for more women and POCs in Sherlock. They haven’t started filming yet, so there’s still time to cast more diverse actors.
POLITELY, folks. It’s always a wonderful thing to encourage more diversity, but there’s absolutely no reason to be rude about it here. Make a request. Phrase it as “I’d love to see…” or “I hope you’ll think about…” Just let them know their fans would be excited to see more diversity on the show.
