plot-insight:

Sherlock’s existence alone was the only thing that could subdue John’s PTSD. Now that he is gone, John’s tremors have come back.

The first time I watched the ending of ‘The Reichenbach Fall’, I missed seeing the cyclist knock John to the ground (I had something in my eye, OKAY?!).  All I saw was Sherlock hitting the pavement and then John following suit after running a few steps.  I thought his leg had given out on him.

I cried so hard my chest was sore the next day.

Ah, here’s the thing I mentioned to someone the other day, with John’s hand at the beginning of the series and at the end of S2.  We were debating whether his tremor came back; certainly looks like it, doesn’t it?
