John scrambled up out of the pit and leapt for Sherlock’s hand, just in time to be pulled out of the way as the bricks crashed down.
They clung to each other as the ground shook and sank beneath them. ”Jesus, Sherlock, how do we get out of this?”
Sherlock looked up at the next clump of bricks descending slowly from the sky. ”Just keep dodging and nudging them into stacks, John. There’s no way Lestrade will ever make it past Round Five.”
