I didn’t think it was, but a lot of people treat it like it is. But then, that would mean a lot of things in TRF are 100% unnecessary. So what was the point of it all (the snipers, the emotions, the fake suicide, etc.) if so much of it serves no purpose in the narrative? Simply to fool the audience? I don’t understand.
