Glad I’m not the only one w her own way to outline. I juggle sentences around at the top of my page.
I outlined in my head without even knowing that was what I was doing for SO LONG. Because everybody always talked about it like it was this separate process external from writing and I just couldn’t imagine how it could have any direct bearing, the way they were describing it.
I dunno, there are so many different ways to outline. Lists and index cards and spreadsheets and outlining software and bullet points and mind maps…
My way seems to be to make huge amounts of notes and finally get around to organizing it at the point where I can’t put it off any longer.
