Interesting.  Rather than the job application chute, Zappos is going to create a site and social media channels so that people interested in the company can interact directly with Zappos people.  They think this will help them save time on the mind-numbing applicant review process, and lead to a better experience for candidates—including the ones who don’t get hired.
