Jack doesn’t resist as Gabriel kisses him, hard. The tips of his fangs cut at Jack’s lips till he tastes blood. Gabriel licks it out of his mouth, a quick lap of his tongue and then, after a taste, all but devouring him, shuddering with pleasure. His arms tighten painfully around Jack, holding him in place against Gabriel’s body. He releases Jack’s mouth to lick at his tears. Jack closes his eyes and lets him have all he likes.
He grasps Jack by the hair and pulls his head back to a painful angle. Jack shivers, remembering his hell from just a few hours ago—the hell he’s still in, the hell he’s trapped them both in—but there’s nothing of fight left in him.
“God damn you,” Gabriel murmurs again against the pulse point of his throat, and then he bites down.
