MP3 voice recorders can be had for pretty cheap, and they’re small so easy to transport.
This is true! Also there is no messing with them. You just start them running and then talk. Unfortunately then you have to do the transcription yourself. And I hate listening to the sound of my voice to an almost pathological point. Eugh, I sound like a smurf.
But it might be an A+ idea for some other folks!
