Important news:
We just learned that if you use paypal to checkout on our website, your shipping label will print out with the name associated with your paypal account, regardless of the name you entered on our website. This is very problematic for many of our trans customers, as well as plenty of other people who do not use their birth names for various reasons. We are working to override this for our website, but there are a couple of things we wanted to make you aware of:
- This isn’t just affecting us – please be aware that this could happen with any website that you use paypal on.
- If you need your package sent to you using a name other than the one associated with your paypal account (their TOS require that you only use your legal name) please email us at orders@sock-dreams.com with your order number so we can be sure to get the right name onto your package.
Your safety is very important to us, and we will be doing all we can to get this corrected. We apologize to anybody who has been affected.
