She wanted the great old-timey, sharp dressed gangsters, with Sherlock as the consulting criminal (and Moriarty as the consulting detective). It was the perfect way to work some of the rust off my art skills, though I have to admit Mr.Cumberbatch is SO HARD to draw, AGH. But the idea was too fun to resist, and I hope I did it even a little bit of justice.
