Been suffering an enthusiastic bout of eczema from some sort of allergic response I have yet to narrow down (I’m beginning to suspect it’s the A/C blaaaargh although admittedly those chocolate cookies I binged on last week did not improve things).  I went to the doctor today, and he thought it was bad enough that he prescribed me some steroid  cream for it.

Damn, this stuff is good.  I used it today—very sparingly, I do not want to fuck with the side effects of steroids—and there’s already a noticeable improvement.

Also, I’m seeing now why people use it on injuries.  My hands were a cracked, split open mess this morning, and now they’re healed almost completely.  It’s a bit creepy.  Like I’ve got a healing factor or something.

Also I really want it to cool down so I can go running* outside.  I just don’t have the same motivation on a treadmill.

* By running I mean ‘mainly walking with occasional pretensions to running for maybe 100 meters till I’m gasping like a landed fish.’
