oh also i wanted to say thanks for writing? idk that prob sounds weird but i can see (as well as i can not knowing u) it’s been hard lately to keep putting this thing out when the world is a shitstorm, but it really is important what ur doing. even if it’s not relevant CURRENT EVENTS wise, ur giving people an escape, dude! When shit gets hard (which it does often for a grad student) i reread pmgitg and i can kinda breathe for a minute. sorry if this is weird, just felt the need to say thanks!

thank you so much lovely. <3 i can’t tell you what that means to me. i had a moment of serious wavering doubt like, “am i really putting my energy into the right things??” but after a talk with my best friend, and several comments from readers, i realized EXACTLY what you said in this comment: that if nothing else, i can give people a temporary escape. it’s why i wanted to write in the first place. SO IT’S NOT WEIRD AT ALL, on the contrary this comment is amazing and i’m gonna go write it in my little word-count journal where i write all of the comments that i reread when i’m feeling down. <3
