Sure thing! I can’t lay claim to the idea either. I took it from the real life history of Kowloon Walled City, which came about in much the same way in the mid-20th century. It was torn down in the early 1990s, but it’s a remarkable piece of China’s history. It’s also an example of a successful anarchic government!
