Important and unresolved question: Why is Sherlock’s bedroom so clean? (ASIB)
Sherlock Holmes:
- still hasn’t unpacked a box in the living room a year and a half after moving in
- has a sock index in his tidy bedroom
HE IS A MAN OF CONTRADICTIONS.
I’ve wondered this myself. I think it’s because he never sleeps and is prissy about his clothing, so he just mucks up the living room and sends everything out to be dry cleaned?
I like to think it’s because he’s one of those jackasses who likes cleanliness and order in his own space, but will happily muck up a common area because someone else will clean it, surely.
my real question is re: the periodic table of the elements poster
I mean
that still seems incredibly OOC to me
I was thinking about that! And I bet it’s a horrible secret. XD See how it’s hung behind the door? I bet he has it there because he can’t always be arsed to remember atomic weights and sometimes he’s like, “Ah, screw this” and he goes and shuffles into his bedroom to look it up where no one will ever know.
Except John. But that’s okay, he’s impressed anyway, because he can’t even recite them all in order anymore.
