Hello everyone! This year I’m participating in The Big 24 Fanathon; a multifandom event where people host hour-long blocks of various fandom-related activities (games/meta/crafts/watch-along/etc!) in an effort to raise money for the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. It will take place 12pm EDT on June 14th and end at 12pm EDT on June 15th! You can find out more by visiting their tumblr (as linked above).
I’ll be hosting on Sunday, June 15th, at 11 am EDT and talking about my favorite subject: porn! We’ll be discussing the importance of fan created porn, possible social politics involved in fanporn, and of course, what we like about it and how to write it. (We can also touch upon reality/realism versus fantasy if you want, but I think that’s plenty to occupy our time, don’t you? )
As many of you know, I personally come from Sherlock fandom with slash/femslash focus, but all fandoms are welcome, all pairings etc. This will be a judgment-free zone.
