I’m trying to figure out how anybody who considers themselves a decent Christian can convince themselves they’re standing for the right thing by arguing for the Muslim ban or anything like it. Can you imagine looking Jesus in the face and telling him you supported sending tens of thousands of refugees back into violence and starvation due to your fear that a handful of them might be terrorists? Does that sound remotely like anything he would go for?
