Hello, Ghouls and Boos! The month of Halloween is upon us, so rise from your grave and let’s make some horror.
This challenge is open to both artists and writers.
HALLOWEEN HORROR CHALLENGE: Urban Legends and Ghost Stories
Ends: a stroke before midnight of All Souls’ Day, or the end of the festival of Dia de los Muertos: November 2nd.
YOUR CHALLENGE: Write a story or create a piece of art that is based upon an urban legend or a ghost story, featuring Sherlock characters. (Creepypastas count.)
All characters and pairings welcome and encouraged. 😉 All versions of Sherlock welcome and encouraged. Gen fic welcome and encouraged. All ratings…you get the picture. Scary, spooky horror things are welcome but so are creepy-cute things! The only requirement is that it must have a horror element.
FOR WRITERS:
Submit by posting to your blog and tagging your post with spookylock! Remember, you must do this in the first five tags when you first post! If you don’t, it may not show up. You can also send us a message with your post ID to be sure. If you don’t have a tumblr, feel free to send us a message with the following information and we can post it for you.
If your story contains potentially triggering content, you must warn for it. PRIMARY EXAMPLES: GORE, BLOOD, VIOLENCE, NONCON, DUBCON. Some people would appreciate warning for Major Character Death, as well.
